The science of principles of jurisprudence is one of the most important Islamic sciences that has had good development and dynamics among Islamic sciences. On the other hand, the interaction of principles of jurisprudence with other sciences should be defined and analyzed. Ethics and education, as effective and guiding areas in religious governance, require an explanation of this relationship, and the science of principles of jurisprudence can have applications in these sciences. This research aims to present an analysis of the applications of the science of principles of jurisprudence in ethics and education using the ijtihad (deductive analysis) method. This research has used the documentary method to collect information. In this research, on the one hand, the issues and areas of ethics and education have been examined and explained, and then the applications and extensions of the science of principles of jurisprudence in these areas have been analyzed. The research findings show that in addition to strengthening the fundamental mind in sciences such as ethics and education, and that the knowledge of the principles of jurisprudence is the introduction to practice in such areas, topics such as seeking guidance and avoiding suspicion in ethical issues, and using the experience of different fundamental perspectives in analyzing and carrying out behaviors in the best possible way are noteworthy.
