From the past to the present, the role of governments in the progress and excellence of societies or their backwardness has always been discussed and disputed. Although it is not mentioned as a paradigm, it is mentioned in the equations of governance in the world. Islam's view of governance, which is divine governance or good governance with an Islamic approach, is a very deep and decisive view in which human excellence is established, and the interpretation of light and darkness has been used for divine governance and non-divine governance. Islamic governance affects all political, social, cultural and economic processes and provides the environment for human growth and excellence. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey. The main purpose of writing the current research is to identify the factors influencing Islamic governance on the success of governance in IRI. The statistical population of the research includes university professors and elites, and a sample of 210 was selected to conduct the research. The important variables affecting Islamic governance were extracted from the subject literature using library studies and finally 21 variables were selected and six components were obtained by analyzing the results of the final questionnaire. Of these six components, participation was not effective on Islamic governance. 5 other factors are related to accountability, rule of law, justice, efficiency and effectiveness and transparency, which were effective on the success of governance in IRI.
