Social justice is an ancient concept, but it is an ever-living and fresh value and demand that all governments strive to uphold justice, whether as a rational act, moral virtue, or as an inclusive and collective social value, and by enacting laws and adopting policies. public and institution building focus on it. Based on this, the competition over the confiscation of the concept of social justice in its name is a historical debate between different schools of thought, including Islam and the West, this research aims to "explain the place of social justice in transcendental governance" with a hybrid method, "constructivist discourse analysis - so Negri" has been done by comparing the views of Western and Islamic thinkers, and especially the views of the imams of the revolution (as the dominant discourse in the revolution). The research findings show; The leaders of the Islamic revolution in the position of Islamic governance by understanding the urgency of the time through the establishment of upstream laws, institution building, redistribution of opportunities, resources and facilities in the expansion of justice with the approach of welfare and social security in various fields, especially in removing deprivation, confronting Absolute poverty, educational justice, economic justice, health and treatment justice through the structuring and founding of revolutionary institutions have practically redistributed the national wealth and realized social justice. Also, the common aspect of this act of governance with modern Western approaches to justice can be recounted in three general cases: 1. The constitution and just subject laws, 2. Creating fair institutions and fundamental structures, 3. Adoption of fair procedures and strategies, 4. Fair interactions and relationships, including empathy, partnerships, accountability and information in the process of democracy and popular and free elections.
